1. Condenser |
Inspection |

Check the condenser fins for clogging and damage. If clogged, clean them with water, and blow them with compressed air. If bent, gently bend them using a screwdriver or pliers. |
2. |
Check the condenser connections for leakage, and repair or replace it, if required. |
Replacement |
1. |
Recover the refrigerant with a recovery / recycling / charging station. |
2. |
Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal. |
3. |
Remove the front bumper assembly. (Refer to Body - "Front Bumper Assembly") |
4. |
Loosen the mounting nut, remove the suction line (A) and discharge line (B).

5. |
Disconnect the smart cruise control unit connector (A) and ambient temperature sensor connector (B).
|
6. |
After loosening the mounting bolt and screws, remove the cooling module air guard (A).
|
7. |
Press the lock pin and remove the condenser assembly (A) from radiator assembly.

8. |
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
